Information and Forms re: Concussions

The regulations require that students who have been removed from play due to a head injury or suspected concussion must have medical clearance to return to play.  If a student is diagnosed with a concussion, this clearance can only be provided after he or she completes a graduated return to play program and shows no recurrence of symptoms.
